Season 2 of Mentorship Program for Microsoft Azure 4 Beginners members
We’ve added a mentorship program to Microsoft Azure 4 Beginner in 2019 November so you can build skills and share knowledge with another member of our community. I am excited to see all of us build stronger relationships with each other and hope you’ll join.
I personally Mentored 10 people in 2021 and I spent 10 hours per month to help them out in their Skills Improvement and Career Progression. I was happy to see other mentors jumping in as well and a total of 100+ people were benefited from the program.
Here’s how the program works:
You sign up, match yourself with a partner, and get helpful conversation starters each week so you get to know each other better. It’s up to you how much time you want to spend together and what goals you want to work towards.
I have mentored 19 People as part of this program and helped them to shape their career in Azure.
I am thrilled to see that how much this community has evolved and we are actually making a small impact in the world.
