Presented at Delhi Developers Day
I was invited by C# Corner Delhi Chapter to present on the Getting started with Azure. Azure is the technology that helped me to grow my career to next level so I always feel happy and excited to present on azure on any event. I was the 6Th speaker at the Delhi Developer Day and was amazed to see the energy of the audience after spending a full day of learning.
I gave an introduction of cloud computing and azure along with some basics demo of how they can move their existing web apps to azure websites and how they can create an account.
As most of the attendees has never worked on Azure and most of them was hesitant to try something on azure due to billing issues, It was important to explain them how billing works and how they can create a trial account without worrying about the charges. This was exactly what my audience needed so they were very happy to learn something about Azure and finally they will be able to get their hands dirty on the technology as well.
I want to thank the C# Corner Team for calling me to their campus and organizing such a great event. I also want to thank the student volunteers who were working since days to make this event a successful one and last but not the least who showed a lot of enthusiasm while attending the session.
