Recently I got a chance to share my knowledge of NoSQL and Document Db with the DotNet Bangalore community. I was about to deliver a session on the Document Db but then Microsoft recently introduced the Azure Cosmos DB so I thought of talking about Azure Cosmos DB and then move to the DocumentDB.
I presented my session in the end but the energy of the participants were mind blowing and I loved presenting to such an enthusiastic audience. We have 5 speakers lined up for the event. The event started with C# for Test Automation, Adding Authentication to azure web app, C# Design Pattern with real world examples, Cross Platform mobile apps with Xamarin and last but not the least I spoke about DocumentDB.
I talked about DocumentDb Studio which is an open source tool to manage your DocumentDB and it can download from here. Also, you can find my demo from my github profile here and the slides from the demo in my slideshare profile.
Fortunately, the organizers have recorded all the sessions and you can check out my session below.
I will like to thank Anand and whole team of Dot net Bangalore for organizing such a wonderful event. And more than 65 people showed up on a Saturday morning and thank Microsoft to sponsor the food for the event.
